Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences for our residents
Maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment, adhering to sanitation and food safety standards
Coordinate and assist with meal delivery, including transporting food to dining areas and setting up meal service
Develop and implement creative and nutritious menus that cater to resident preferences and dietary needs
Manage inventory, ordering supplies and ingredients as needed, and maintain accurate records of food costs and inventory
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless meal service and maintain a positive and productive team atmosphere
Serve Safe certification required; familiarity with senior living food service operations a plus
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
