Job Summary:
The Magnolia Housing Authority is seeking to hire a Director of Community Services. This individual must have a strong work ethic, be a self starter, dependable, detail oriented, understand the value and be passionate for working with others. Need to have a strong appreciation for elderly and disabled. This job is challenging and fast paced. Responsible for resident concerns on a daily basis. Monthly reporting is required for grant programs. Must be able to meet deadlines on time. People skills and cordial relations with the public are a must. Excellence and professionalism are required. Continual training and self-education will be required each year to stay abreast of ever-changing government regulations, HUD policies and software upgrades. Computer skills are needed.
