About the Role
Lake Norman Golf Club is hiring a dependable and outgoing outdoor service professional to assist with day-to-day golf operations and guest service. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of customer interaction, outdoor work, and maintaining the professional flow of the clubhouse.
Responsibilities
Cart Barn Duties
- Stage, clean, and organize golf carts for daily play and tournaments
- Restock carts with scorecards, pencils, tees, and towels
- Wash, charge, and store carts properly at the end of the day
- Assist with range setup, ball pickup, and course preparation
Qualifications
- Reliable, punctual, weekend shifts Required
- Comfortable working outdoors and indoors as needed
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (cart batteries, range bags, product cases)
- Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
- Valid driver’s license required
