Blu Omega is seeking a Salesforce Developer to support a federal program focused on building a Salesforce-based procurement platform supporting satellite communications services. This role operates within a remote-first environment with optional in-office days in Arlington, VA, and is responsible for configuration, development, and solution build-out within Salesforce. The position requires experience supporting Salesforce solutions within a compliance-driven, public sector environment.

Program: Supporting the acquisition of satellite communications (SATCOM) services with oversight on validation, funding, and payment workflows.
Key Details
Location: Remote or Hybrid (Project HQ in VA)
Clearance: Secret Clearance-eligible required
Work Authorization: Employee must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Responsibilities
- Configure and develop Salesforce solutions using Lightning components, flows, and permission sets
- Build and optimize workflows and automate business processes
- Contribute to solution design and collaborate closely with senior engineers
- Support the re-standup of an existing Salesforce implementation
- Assist in delivering new application capabilities and enhancements
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Design and build custom, responsive user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC), HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience with OmniStudio
- Experience with Lightning Experience and Salesforce Flow
- U.S. Citizenship and clearance eligibility
Strongly Preferred Qualifications
- Public sector or federal program exposure
- Experience working within complex, compliance-driven environments
Compensation
Salary Range: $105,000 - $145,000
Final compensation is based on technical skills, experience, education, certifications, and clearance.
