The Hair Transplant Coordinator for Jupiter Dermatology and Hair Restoration is responsible for guiding patients through the hair restoration journey—from initial consultation to post-procedure follow-up. This role combines patient care, sales, scheduling, and administrative duties to ensure a seamless and supportive experience for each client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing patients interested in hair transplant procedures
- Conduct consultations (in-person, phone, or virtual) to assess patient needs and explain treatment options
- Educate patients on procedures such as FUE (Follicular Unit Excision) and FUT (Follicular Unit Transplantation)
- Provide pricing, financing options, and close sales in a professional and ethical manner
- Coordinate scheduling of procedures, consultations, and follow-up appointments
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Prepare patients for surgery by explaining pre- and post-operative instructions
- Follow up with patients after procedures to ensure satisfaction and proper recovery
- Collaborate with medical staff and surgeons to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist with marketing efforts, including lead follow-up and patient outreach
- Coordinator expected to learn the medical assistant functions of a hair tech and assist as needed and to help teach and train future hair medical assitants.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in medical aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, or hair restoration preferred
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to build trust and rapport with patients
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in CRM systems and basic office software
- Knowledge of hair transplant procedures is a plus (training may be provided)
