Post construction cleaning technician is responsible to provide thorough cleaning within a new construction build such as clinical builds, restaurant builds, residential builds and industrial builds with team player mindset. We prep new builds to pass inspections, pass the approval of owner and to pass inspection for the build to fully operate safetly with a clean enviorment.
Day to day cleaning tasks include:
Mopping
Vacuuming carpet areas
Shop vacuuming
Ensuring all windows are sticker free, glue free and dirt free
Fully sanitizing and wiping all areas of building from desks, counters, drawers, cabitnets, sinks, kitchens, bathrooms etc.
Wall mopping all walls
Fully cleaning all base boards
Cleaning lightfixtures, etc

Valid Drivers License
Criminal record to be free of violance and theft

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
