Responsibilities:
- Own and operate your tax office, managing daily operations effectively
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of Tax Professionals to deliver exceptional service
- Ensure compliance with IRS regulations and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Grow your client base through marketing efforts and community engagement
- Oversee all aspects of office management, including scheduling and financial oversight
Qualifications:
- Must have an EFIN (Electronic Filing Identification Number), or be willing to obtain one; assistance is available for the application process
- Must be current with all required personal tax filings
- Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Willingness to build, manage, and develop a team of tax professionals
