Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Electrical Foreman who is ready to take the next step into a broader field leadership role.
As a Junior General Foreman, you will work closely with our Construction Manager to help oversee multiple commercial electrical projects ranging from approximately $100,000 to $1 million. You will develop a thorough understanding of each project's scope and work directly with project Foremen to help ensure jobs are properly staffed, safe, productive, and progressing according to plans, specifications, schedules, and contracted scope.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Construction Manager with oversight of multiple active commercial electrical projects.
- Understand each project's scope, drawings, specifications, schedule, and requirements.
- Work directly with Foremen to ensure projects are properly staffed and progressing according to scope and schedule.
- Visit jobsites regularly to evaluate progress, manpower, safety, workmanship, and field performance.
- Identify scope gaps, additional work, delays, or field issues and communicate them to the Construction Manager.
- Help anticipate upcoming manpower, material, equipment, and coordination needs.
- Ensure company safety policies and OSHA requirements are followed across all projects.
- Train, mentor, and support the development of Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentice Electricians.
- Help hold field teams accountable for productivity, workmanship, safety, and company expectations.
- Maintain strong communication between the Construction Manager, Foremen, and field crews.
Qualifications
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Journeyman Electrician card or higher required
- 5+ years of commercial electrical experience preferred
- Foreman or electrical leadership experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of commercial electrical construction and the NEC
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and project scopes
- Experience with manpower planning and field coordination
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Desire to train and develop other electricians while continuing to develop your own leadership skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between local project sites

Pay: $42.00 - $45.00 per hour
