Responsibilities
- Guide clients through purchase, refinance, and home equity loan options
- Convert company-provided leads into funded loans
- Review borrower qualifications and documentation
- Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service
- Meet and exceed production goals
Qualifications
- Active NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator License
- Mortgage experience preferred
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline
- Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
