About the Role
As a Manufacturing Production Planner, you will bridge the gap between engineering specifications and shop floor execution to ensure seamless project delivery. You will leverage your expertise in cost estimation and resource scheduling to optimize production workflows and drive operational efficiency.
Responsibilities-
Develop accurate cost estimates and define manufacturing processes, including material requirements and routing logic.

Manage production scheduling and material availability to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.

Coordinate with external vendors and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and manage outside processing timelines.

Analyze production performance by comparing planned versus actual costs to identify and implement process improvements.

Maintain master data integrity within ERP systems, including bills of materials and safety stock levels.

Provide technical guidance to the production team regarding tooling, fixturing, and machining documentation.

Ensure all manufacturing activities adhere to strict quality standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
Qualifications-
Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing planning, scheduling, or cost estimation.

Proficiency in reading technical drawings, including familiarity with GD&T and ASME/ISO standards.

Strong understanding of MRP systems and production workflow management.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

US Citizenship required due to the nature of the work.

Associate degree or technical certification in machine technology or a related field.

Advanced experience with SAP (PP/MM modules) or similar enterprise resource planning software.

Hands-on background in precision machining processes such as milling, turning, or drilling.

Experience working with high-performance materials and complex manufacturing environments.
