About the Role
We are a growing commercial HVAC and refrigeration company serving North Carolina. We’re looking for a skilled Service Technician who can independently diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems across a variety of commercial environments.
This is a great opportunity for a technician who wants steady work, strong pay, and the ability to grow with a fast-moving company. The ideal candidate will be located in Eastern North Carolina and available to work from the Triangle to the coast.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Perform routine maintenance and preventative service
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control systems
- Work on equipment such as RTUs, split systems, walk-in coolers/freezers, ice machines, and beverage fountains
- Communicate clearly with dispatch, teammates, and customers
- Complete expense reports and work documentation accurately and promptly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
- Travel daily to customer locations with occasional overnight jobs
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of HVAC/Refrigeration service experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience with commercial refrigeration systems is a plus
- EPA Certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage your time
- Strong work ethic and professionalism
- Willing and able to cover on-call rotation and work overtime as needed
