Yard Driver II
Daily Responsibilities:
Work in the yard truck to organize tractor trailers as needed
Ensure trucks and trailers are ready for unloading, loading, and transport
Verify status of equipment on property
Operate yard switcher or tractor to move trailers around the warehouse
Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of equipment
Keep equipment clean and operating safely
Requirements:
Minimum one-year verifiable yard driving experience
Must have a Class A CDL valid drivers license with a clean driving record in good standing.
No DUI in the past 5 years
Successfully complete road/pre-trip test in yard switcher
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to obtain a DOT Medical card
2 Years Switcher Experience
Use of Yard Management Experience
. Must be at least 21 years of age
