Position Overview:
This is more than a barista job. At Sugar’D, you'll craft beautiful drinks, create unforgettable guest experiences, and help bring our brand to life.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve handcrafted espresso drinks, teas, refreshers, and seasonal specialties with consistency and care.
- Engage warmly with guests — take orders, offer suggestions, and provide exceptional customer service at the front counter.
- Assist with private parties and events (setup, serving, cleanup, and customer support).
- Keep the café clean and organized, including dishes, counters, and seating areas.
- Support daily bakery restocking and prep as needed.
- Maintain and clean all coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders, brewers, etc.).
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Occasionally contribute to content creation (photos, behind-the-scenes reels, etc.).
- Be a positive, dependable, and proactive part of the Sugar’D team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Recent barista experience required.
- Friendly, confident, and professional with strong communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
- Team player who takes initiative and adapts easily.
- Available weekends + flexible for events or shift coverage.
- Social media savvy is a plus (but not required).
Also eligible for tips.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.50 - $14.00 per hour
