Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion. Duties
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring all phases are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
- Manage project budgets by tracking costs, forecasting expenses, and implementing cost control measures.
- Oversee the preparation and review of construction plans, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and project progression
- Ensure adherence to construction regulations, safety standards, and regulatory compliance throughout all project phases
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, verify quality standards, and address any issues related to construction site experience or safety protocols
- Manage contracts and change orders diligently while maintaining detailed records of project documentation
- Lead team meetings to track progress, resolve issues promptly, and motivate team members toward project goals
Skills
- Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a focus on civil engineering components
- Basic understanding of construction regulations and compliance standards applicable to large-scale projects
- Familiarity with managing construction regulatory compliance requirements across different jurisdictions
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently under tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills for clear reporting and stakeholder engagement in both technical and non-technical contexts
