We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Restaurant General Manager to take the lead at a restaurant with significant opportunity for improvement.
This is not a maintenance role. We are looking for a strong operator who enjoys walking into a challenging situation, identifying what is not working, building accountability, and creating a clear path toward a healthier and more successful restaurant.
The right person will have the confidence to make difficult decisions, the leadership skills to bring a team together, and the operational discipline to turn plans into measurable results.
