Pay:
- $17 - $22 depending on experience.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Negative TB test results (within 12 months)
- Pass Minnesota DHS Background Check
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English language
- Well-Organized and reliable
- Positive and Compassionate attitude
Responsibilites:
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, etc.
- Support Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs): light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, etc.
- Provide companionship care and emotional support
- Assist with mobility and transfers if needed
- Monitor client health and Report changes in client condition
- Follow established care plans and communicate effectively regarding client needs
