Super FUN brand new small town Pool Hall with Darts, Sports viewing, Beer, Wine and Alcohol. New owner and new attitude! We are seeking an experienced, dedicated and enthusiastic Manager/Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team in a small bar environment, pool experience a plus. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Manager/Bartender/ Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable. Relaxing experiences by ensuring that all guests receive prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, presenting menus and providing information about daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all dietary restrictions and preferences are noted.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain smooth communication between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Assist in training new staff members on food handling procedures, menu knowledge, and customer service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the customer area including resetting tables for the next guests.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our patrons.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality management is require.
- Knowledge of kitchen management practices, including inventory control and food safety protocols is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Alcohol, Wine and Beer sales. ABC license require.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and develop team members effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor that enhances guest interactions.
