Looking to hire a manager that have a proven track record of running similar-sized stores and managing teams of 15-25 employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent people management skills, strive for operational excellence, and as excited as we are about Ice Cream and Cakes!

Job requirements
- Demonstrate end-to-end ownership of the store
- Master and execute our systems and processes
- Manage inventory, stock and finances
- Mentor leads and crew members, and build a truly cohesive team
- Production champion - Make ice creams, cakes, cupcakes, waffles, etc.
- Provide exceptional customer service and be a role model for the team
Benefits
- Base pay of $21-23/hour + $3-5 in tips. Total $24-28/hour
- Monthly bonus of up to $150/month for meeting monthly payroll goals
- Monthly bonus of up to $100/month for meeting cake inventory goals
