Extrusion Production Team Leader
Starting Pay: $19.00/hr (plus $0.50/hr shift differential, if applicable)
Location: 18 Kobe Way, Bowling Green, KY 42101
Lead production operations in a safe, efficient manufacturing environment. This role supports daily staffing, production flow, and team performance while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily staffing and workflow
- Follow directions from the Production Supervisor
- Monitor production output, scrap, and downtime
- Verify job standards and report defects
- Maintain accurate production documentation
- Assist with training and process audits
- Promote teamwork, communication, and safety
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Less than 1 year of experience required; manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail
