Job Overview:
Are you mechanically inclined and eager to learn a valuable trade? We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Appliance Repair Apprentice. In this hands-on role, you’ll work alongside experienced technicians and receive structured on-the-job training to become skilled in diagnosing and repairing a wide variety of household appliances. No prior appliance repair experience is required—just a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a passion for solving problems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist lead technicians with diagnosing and repairing appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and more

Learn how to disassemble and reassemble various appliance types safely and efficiently

Support the team in maintaining tools, vehicles, and work areas

Shadow technicians to understand proper repair techniques and customer interaction best practices

Attend training sessions and complete assigned coursework as part of your technical development

Communicate clearly with team members and customers, maintaining a respectful and professional demeanor
