Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including talent management, succession planning, and workforce development.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by designing sourcing strategies, overseeing interviewing processes, and ensuring effective onboarding through employee orientation programs.
- Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts, conducting misconduct investigations, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Oversee compliance with employment law, OSHA regulations, FMLA policies, workers' compensation procedures, and HR legal requirements.
- Administer benefits programs such as payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS systems like Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or ADP to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Supervise performance management initiatives including employee evaluation processes and performance improvement plans.
- Drive process improvements in HR operations through data analysis, analytics tools, and strategic thinking to enhance overall HR service delivery.
- Lead team management efforts by supervising HR staff, providing training & development opportunities, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure confidentiality in handling sensitive information while maintaining transparency with senior leadership on HR metrics and program outcomes.
- Manage change initiatives related to organizational design and process improvements to support scalable growth.
Experience
- Proven experience in senior human resources management roles with demonstrated success in strategic planning and program management.
- Extensive background in talent acquisition, employee relations, conflict resolution, and employment law compliance.
- Supervisory experience leading diverse HR teams while fostering a collaborative environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems such as Oracle HCM, Kronos, PeopleSoft or SAP SuccessFactors; proficiency in data collection and analysis tools.
- Familiarity with benefits administration platforms like ADP or equivalent payroll systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and engage employees at all levels.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing regulatory compliance including OSHA standards, FMLA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, and EEO policies.
- Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day HR operations effectively.
