Concierge Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and organized Concierge to join our team at AdviniaCare Naples in Naples, Florida. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing office operations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and resolve inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
Manage office supplies, equipment, and budget
Maintain accurate records and reports
Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments and events
Provide support to the administrative team as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field preferred
Experience with multi-line phone systems, Microsoft Office, and data entry
Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
Familiarity with supply management and office equipment (fax machines, copiers, etc.)
