IES Systems, Inc seeks CNC Machinist, as well as Manual Machinist, to fabricate parts from various types of material. Manual Machinist must be able to operate Mills and Lathes. CNC Machinist is responsible for setting up VMC, Tooling Jigs, and Fixtures as required, and be able to manually create simple programs as required.
Job Responsibilities
- Must be able to read detail drawings and blueprints
- CNC Machinist must have working knowledge of G&M Code
- Set up holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines as necessary to Machine parts as required
- Must be able to edit machine programs, if required, to modify speeds/feed rates
- Inspect finished products and debur edges
- Perform maintenance tasks on machines, as required
- Ability to talk with engineers, production personnel, or others, to resolve machining or assembly problems
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and maintain all equipment
- Experience with HAAS CNC Lathes and Mills is desired
Minimum Qualifications
- Manual Milling/Manual Lathe, 2-3+ years experience
- CNC Milling and CNC Lathe, 2-3+ years experience

- Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Second Shift: Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts (4 on, 3 off)
- Overtime available as needed (Second shift overtime may be worked Monday–Thursday, with Friday and Saturday opportunities as needed.)
