Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 + Annual Bonus
What You'll Do
- Prepare and review individual, business, and fiduciary tax returns
- Partner with clients and team members on proactive tax planning and advisory initiatives
- Research technical tax issues and provide practical recommendations
- Mentor and train staff while helping develop efficient tax processes
Qualifications
- Proven track record within public accounting
- Experience preparing and reviewing individual and business tax returns
- CPA or EA preferred (or actively pursuing); MST a plus
- Strong tax research, communication, and client service skills
