Property management company is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team! We are looking for a prudent Maintenance Technician as an intermediate-level position for our company.
This position's focus area is working on work orders and projects requiring intermediate to advanced maintenance skills. Employees have an opportunity to grow with the company with constant job training in preparation for advancement.
The perfect candidate:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years maintenance experience
- Intermediate or advanced maintenance skills
- Skilled in preventive maintenance practices
- High level of attention to detail and ability to multi-task on different projects
- Have problem solving & critical thinking skills in addition to being a self-starter and work independently.
- Can switch gears seamlessly and be able to work start to finish with the owner's goal in mind.
- Have outstanding customer service skills
- Have a neat, clean, well-groomed appearance
- To-Do and Workforce app. experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Maintain all aspects of assigned properties
- Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
- Cultivate a positive, productive relationship with clients
- Complete and manage daily/weekly work orders for housekeeping, maintenance, guest services as needed.
- Complete unit inspections and seasonal inspections
- Repair and improvements on a variety of projects (e.g. heat, plumbing, furniture arrivals) of these duties as needed
- Support Guest Services team in completing homeowner pre-arrivals; adapt and communicate owners’ priorities to ensure proactive information is shared with guests and homeowners
- Utilize checklists and update and maintenance items as needed
Skills
- Proven work experience as maintenance technician
- Full understanding of property management
- Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
- Customer focus
- Well organized with excellent time management skills
Ski Pass/Health care allowance and paid time off. Possible profit sharing/performance bonus after a period of time. Work truck and tools.
