Randash Auto Center is seeking a B/C Level Automotive Technician to join our Bozeman team. We are a family-owned operation servicing our own inventory and customer base, providing consistent workflow and year-round work.
This is a great opportunity for a technician who enjoys hands-on mechanical repairs and wants to develop their diagnostic abilities while working alongside experienced technicians.
Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Rotating Saturday schedule
- Consistent 40-hour work weeks
Compensation & Benefits
- $25-$30 per hour DOE
- Weekly productivity bonus program
- Up to $475+ weekly bonus potential

What You'll Do
- Perform brake, steering, suspension, and engine repairs
- Complete vehicle reconditioning and inventory repairs
- Perform maintenance services including fluids, filters, belts, and scheduled maintenance
- Assist with diagnostic and troubleshooting work
- Inspect vehicles and identify repair needs
- Document repair recommendations and completed work accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work closely with advisors, parts staff, and fellow technicians to keep repairs moving efficiently
Please note: We do not service diesel vehicles.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of automotive repair experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Basic diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to perform repairs independently
- Personal tools required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Desire to learn and grow within the automotive industry
