The Entry Level Manager will then shadow experienced managers, learning how to actively coach other team members and manage a small sales team.
Core Functions of the Entry Level Manager
- Help oversee a sales team, ensuring the team meets or exceeds goals.
- Coach team members on Kinetic Fiber’s service options and help oversee backend enrollment.
- Monitor team performance to identify opportunities for improving customer satisfaction.
- Build relationships with our customers to expand Kinetic Fiber.
- Gather customer feedback to refine training and backend management.
- Motivate your team to boost and foster a competitive, high-energy environment.
