Duties

- Manage inventory control processes, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Supervise shift management by coordinating schedules, delegating tasks, and ensuring smooth transitions between shifts.
- Enforce food safety protocols and sanitation standards to maintain compliance with health regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within quick service or fast food restaurants.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient cash handling and sales processing.
- Excellent leadership skills with previous supervising or assistant manager experience in the food industry or hospitality management.
- Ability to train staff effectively in food handling, safety procedures, and customer service excellence.
- Skilled in inventory control, budgeting, and food management to maximize operational efficiency.
- Experience with restaurant management software and tools related to food service management.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interview candidates and develop team members through training & development initiatives.
