615 Auto Sales is a busy, growing dealership in Hendersonville, TN, and we're hiring 2 Automotive Detailers / Lot Attendants.
This is a hands-on position for someone who already knows how to properly clean and detail vehicles and can get to work from day one. The majority of your time will be spent cleaning vehicles and keeping our inventory and dealership lot looking sharp, organized, and ready for customers.

What We Offer
- Starting pay: $16/hour
- $17/hour after 6 months
- $18/hour after 1 year

What You'll Do
Your primary responsibility is making sure our vehicles and dealership lot look great every day.
Duties include:
- Clean and detail vehicles inside and out
- Pressure wash vehicles as needed
- Prepare vehicles so they are clean and presentable for customers
- Keep the dealership lot clean, organized, and professional-looking
- Move, line up, and stage vehicles so inventory stays uniform and properly displayed
- Reposition vehicles as inventory changes throughout the day
- Drive vehicles to get fuel when needed
- Pick up or drop off vehicles at repair shops, service centers, or other nearby locations
- Help maintain the overall appearance of the dealership
- Assist with other general lot and dealership duties as needed
This job is primarily vehicle cleaning/detailing and lot presentation.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who can come in and work without needing to be taught the basics of cleaning a vehicle.
You should be:
- Experienced and comfortable cleaning/detailing vehicles
- Reliable and consistently on time
- Able to work efficiently without constant supervision
- Comfortable working outdoors in hot, cold, and changing weather
- Able to handle a physical, fast-paced workday
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Someone who takes pride in keeping vehicles and the lot looking right
- Able to follow instructions and complete tasks without cutting corners
- Able to safely move and park vehicles
A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required.
Schedule
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 1-hour lunch
- 5 days per week
- Sundays always off
- One additional weekday off
- Saturdays are required
