Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk management, guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Lead and supervise staff across departments, promoting teamwork and high performance through effective human resources practices.
- Ensure outstanding guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Manage revenue streams through strategic revenue management techniques to maximize occupancy and profitability.
- Develop and monitor budgets, control expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations, hotel policies, and industry standards such as night audit procedures and multi-line phone system operations.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages professional growth, leadership development, and employee engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles with supervising responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles including guest services, revenue management, and human resources.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions across diverse populations.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing front desk operations, night audit processes, and resort or hotel environments.
