Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the assembly and fabrication of products, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process. This position requires a strong work ethic, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively within an assembly line environment.
Shift Hours:
3:00PM-11:30PM - Monday - Friday
Duties
- Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Operate various hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Fabricate parts as needed for production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications.
- Work on the assembly line, performing repetitive tasks while maintaining focus on quality control.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and improve processes.
- The Racker Team Member is responsible for affixing small aluminum parts onto titanium metal anodizing racks
Experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred but not required. WE WILL TRAIN YOU!
- Familiarity with mechanical concepts and the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools effectively within a factory setting is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work are essential for success in this role.
Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire
