What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, guests, and/or employees by following site-specific procedures, screening access requests, and supporting security-related protocols at entry and exit points.

Monitor doors, gates, lobbies, and/or other controlled access areas to help confirm that only authorized individuals are admitted to the location.

Verify credentials, visitor registrations, deliveries, and/or contractor access while maintaining accurate logs, reports, and communication with site contacts.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and relay detailed information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help identify security-related concerns, check for irregular conditions, and support emergency response activities when appropriate.
Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
