GHC Living is looking for a skilled and self-driven HVAC Technician who thrives in a fast-paced, mobile environment. If you enjoy variety, independence, and solving problems across different properties—this role was built for you.
As a Floating HVAC Technician, you’ll travel between apartment communities, tackling service requests, repairs, and installations. No two days look the same—and that’s exactly the point.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and service HVAC systems in residential units
- Perform system installations and replacements
- Complete preventative maintenance and inspections
- Travel between properties daily to respond to service needs
- Troubleshoot issues and deliver efficient, lasting solutions
- Communicate updates and needs with on-site property teams
What You Bring
- HVAC certification and required licensing
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
- Hands-on HVAC experience (multi-family/apartment experience is a plus)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a mobile workload
Work Environment
- Field-based role with daily travel between apartment communities
- Work in both occupied and vacant units, indoors and outdoors
- Physical activity including lifting, climbing, and extended standing
