Our client is looking for caring, nurturing, and energetic full-time Early Childhood Teachers to join their premier preschool in Natick, MA. The ideal candidate must be willing to work with children 6-weeks to 5-years-old; as well as be comfortable with diapering and toilet training.
- This is a Direct Hire position with the school
- Full-Time and Part-Time; Monday-Friday; year-round employment
Open Positions
- Lead Preschool Teacher: working with children 3 to 4 years old and the shift can be 8:00am to 5:00pm, 8:30am to 5:30pm, or 9:00am to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday
- Lead Pre-K Teacher: working with children 4 to 5 years old and the shift can be 8:00am to 5:00pm, 8:30am to 5:30pm, or 9:00am to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday
- Assistant Infant Teacher: working with children 6 weeks to 18 months old and the shift can be 8:00am to 5:00pm, 8:30am to 5:30pm, or 9:00am to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday
- Assistant Toddler Teacher: working with children 2 years old and the shift can be 8:00am to 5:00pm, 8:30am to 5:30pm, or 9:00am to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday
- Open to part-time shifts for Assistant Teachers but must be an opening or closing schedule and Monday through Friday is still required!
Salary
- Lead Teachers: $22.00 to $27.00/hour pending education, credentials, and professional Early Childhood Education experience
- Associate Teachers: $20.00 to $23.00/hour pending education, credentials, and professional Early Childhood Education experience

Responsibilities
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Responsible for the planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities and curriculum as well as the maintenance of educational portfolios
- Supervise and engage children in educational and play activities
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom
- Monitor and ensure the well-being of each child in your care
- Communicate with parents about their child's progress and any concerns
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and staff meetings to enhance your skills and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education
Qualifications - Lead Teachers
- REQUIRED Education: Massachusetts EEC certification, a Child Development Associate (CDA) certification, or a completed degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- REQUIRED Experience: Previous experience in an Early Childhood Education facility, childcare setting, or related field (including ABA, Special Education, or Behavioral Support)
- PREFERRED Experience: 2 years in a licensed Early Childhood Education facility
Qualifications - Associate Teacher
- REQUIRED Education: High School Diploma
- PREFERRED Experience: 6 months of experience working with children in any capacity
Qualifications - All Positions
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations - for Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib
- Must meet background check eligibility
- Must be at least 18-years-old
