Tortilla King is looking for motivated, dependable team members to join our production team as a Flour Tortilla Operator! This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment where you’ll help produce high-quality tortilla products enjoyed by customers across the country.

What You’ll Do
- Operate and monitor tortilla production equipment
- Ensure tortillas meet quality, size, weight, and baking specifications
- Adjust equipment settings as needed to maintain product consistency
- Monitor dough scaling and product appearance
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow food safety, GMP, and company safety standards
- Communicate production or maintenance concerns to supervisors promptly
- Support production goals for efficiency, yield, and quality
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Team-oriented attitude with dependable attendance
- Ability to lift, push, pull, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic math and reading skills
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Previous manufacturing or food production experience is a plus, but not required
