ROLE REVIEW
In this role, you will support or manage escrow transactions from contract to close, ensuring accuracy, communication, and an exceptional closing experience for all parties. You’ll work closely with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and internal teammates while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry standards.
You will be part of a professional, community‑focused team dedicated to delivering secure, efficient, and customer‑centric real estate transactions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, include:
- Manage or support residential and small commercial escrow files from contract to close
- Review purchase agreements and coordinate with all parties in transaction
- Prepare accurate Closing Disclosures and Settlement Statements
- Assemble complete closing packages and schedule closing appointments
- Execute a seamless closing experience for clients and agents
- Assist with or independently disburse escrow funds with precision and compliance
- Identify and resolve issues to meet closing timelines
- Maintain detailed and organized transaction records
- Communicate proactively with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and partners
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships
- Provide exceptional customer service and support a collaborative team environment
- Notarize documents (if applicable or willing to obtain)
Two plus years escrow experience are required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Notary Public or willingness to obtain
- Knowledge of title insurance and closing processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SoftPro or title software experience is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, on‑site work environment

Job Type: Full‑time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
