About the Role
As a Sewing Production Lead, you will oversee a high-volume team dedicated to crafting retail displays and signage. You will drive operational success by managing workflow, ensuring top-tier product quality, and mentoring team members in the use of industrial sewing equipment.
Responsibilities-
Direct the daily production output to ensure all customer deadlines are met with precision.

Coordinate cross-departmental workflows to maintain a seamless and efficient manufacturing process.

Supervise, train, and develop a team of operators to achieve high standards of craftsmanship and productivity.

Execute complex sewing tasks, including applying trims, borders, and decorative seams to textile panels.

Perform rigorous quality control inspections to guarantee that every finished product meets exact specifications.

Maintain equipment performance through routine maintenance, such as re-threading and needle replacement.

Foster a safe, organized, and collaborative work environment that encourages team spirit and problem-solving.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment.

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of production staff.

Strong mathematical aptitude for measuring textiles and calculating production units.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret detailed work orders and instructions.

Physical stamina to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Prior experience in the textile or industrial sewing industry.
