Some customers have a quick question. Others need help solving a problem. No matter the reason they're reaching out, they're looking for someone who will listen, understand, and point them in the right direction.
We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Austin team. If you enjoy helping people, communicating clearly, and learning new things, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career. Previous customer service experience is welcome, but it's not required. Paid training is provided from your first day.
What a Typical Day Looks Like
You'll spend your day assisting customers by phone, email, and online messaging. Some interactions will be straightforward, while others may take a little more time, but you'll always have the support of your team when you need it.
Along the way, you'll update customer records, process service requests, and make sure every customer receives accurate information and a positive experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Help resolve routine questions and service requests
- Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records
- Provide information about products, services, and company policies
- Escalate more complex issues when appropriate
- Work closely with teammates to deliver a high level of customer support
- Follow company procedures while maintaining quality standards

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, office support, or a call center is helpful but not required.
