As the Clinical Nurse Education Specialist for our Critical Care services, you will lead professional development of our team, drive evidence-based practice, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to advance nursing excellence.
What You'll Do:
- Champion education and competency for Critical Care departments
- Influence service line and organization-wide initiatives, policies, and innovation
- Partner with Educators and Nursing Leadership to inspire growth
Preferred Experience:
- Nursing professional development experience
- Recent critical care or intermediate care direct patient care experience (Required)
Education Requirements:
● Graduation from a state-accredited school of professional nursing.
● Bachelor's degree and Master's degree of which one must be in Nursing.
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
● Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
● Requires certification in area of specialization within twelve (12) months of hire.
Professional Experience Requirements:
● Two (2) years of clinical experience in clinical specialty.
