Job Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Oversee daily tasks and quality control
Coordinate/schedule subcontractors and material deliveries
Lead crew to meet/exceed construction schedules
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience scheduling and coordinating construction jobs
Knowledge of the construction industry and familiar with construction methods
Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment
Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills
Must be detail-oriented, have excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities and proven leadership skills
