We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and experienced carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, can accurately read and interpret construction plans, and takes pride in delivering high-quality residential framing and exterior carpentry projects efficiently.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Experience installing composite and pressure-treated decking
- Cut and install vinyl, wood, and aluminum railing systems
- Proficient in using a caulk gun for professional finishing work
- Install ScreenEZE and other porch screening systems
- Install three-season room panels and enclosures
- Perform siding repairs and maintenance
- Perform roofing repairs and general roofing-related work
- Install exterior and interior doors and windows
- Fabricate, cut, and bend metal for custom flashing and trim applications
- Cut stair stringers and build safe, code-compliant stair systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work independently and collaboratively while meeting project deadlines
Qualifications:
- Experience required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various conditions
- Strong work ethic, communication, and problem-solving skills
