What You'll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of vehicles efficiently and accurately.
- Perform inspections and recommend necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Complete repairs according to manufacturer and dealership standards.
- Document repairs and communicate findings clearly with the service team.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow all dealership and OSHA safety procedures.
- Deliver quality workmanship while maintaining productivity goals.
- Work collaboratively with service advisors, parts personnel, and fellow technicians.
Qualifications
- A or B Level Automotive Technician experience required.
- Nissan experience preferred, but not required.
- Technician education and ASE certifications are preferred.
- Dealership experience is preferred.
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
- General automotive technical knowledge and repair experience.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to meet the demands of a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Superior customer service mindset.
- Honest, reliable, punctual, professional, and flexible.
- Commitment to following all safety procedures and dealership policies.
