Microiota Solutions Inc. is seeking a part-time Project Analytics and Implementation Intern to support internal and client-facing projects through project coordination, reporting, analytics, implementation support, and project-related financial analysis.
This role is ideal for a candidate interested in applying project management, analytical, business operations, and finance-related skills in a professional consulting and implementation environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Support project planning, coordination, scheduling, milestone tracking, and documentation for internal and client-facing projects.
· Prepare project status updates, meeting minutes, trackers, presentations, dashboards, financial summaries, and analytical reports.
· Analyze project data, operational metrics, budgets, forecasts, expenses, revenue assumptions, and financial information to support project decisions and client deliverables.
· Assist with project budgeting, cost tracking, variance analysis, and financial reporting to monitor project performance against planned targets.
· Support business process improvement, including process documentation, gap analysis, workflow updates, and implementation support.
· Support solution implementation activities, including data validation, user acceptance testing, issue tracking, training coordination, and post-implementation analysis.
· Conduct business, market, and financial research to support project planning, reporting, budgeting, and client engagements.
· Perform other related duties that support project management, analytics, implementation, business operations, and project finance.
Qualifications
· Master’s degree completed or in progress in Project Management, Business Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Strong understanding of project management principles, including project planning, scheduling, milestone tracking, risk and issue tracking, stakeholder coordination, documentation, and reporting.
· Demonstrated ability to analyze project, operational, financial, and business data to support decision-making and client deliverables.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
· Ability to use business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Tableau to analyze data, build dashboards, and present insights for project and management decision-making.
· Ability to prepare professional dashboards, trackers, status reports, financial summaries, presentations, and analytical reports for management or client review.
· Familiarity with business process improvement, implementation support, user acceptance testing, data validation, and post-implementation reporting.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize complex information clearly and professionally.
· High attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
· Must be authorized to work in the United States.
About the Role
The intern will work under the supervision of Microiota Solutions Inc. and will support project management, analytics, implementation, reporting, and project finance activities across business and client assignments.
