SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Senior Customer Service Representative, located in Lincoln, NE, is a senior-level, full-time position in a fast-paced environment on the cutting edge of the transportation brokerage industry. You will primarily be responsible for servicing and communicating with our customer accounts. This position involves working directly with both Customers and Carriers, along with the different Reliant Teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develop customer relationships with accounts, learning the nuances and process of the customers you work with, and providing accurate information by communicating at a high level.
· Manage existing Customer accounts.
· Provide timely and complete updates for the Sales Team by communicating effectively.
· Develop process improvements and create and update department SOPs.
· Address load issues and resolve problems.
· Follow up on the Weekly Reports
· Timely ETAs provided to customers daily.
· Provide daily Operations support to the Customer Team members, and provide Customer Sales teamwork to cover for Customer Sales Reps.
· Regular attendance and all other duties as assigned.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
