Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling complex components and systems with precision and efficiency, ensuring that all products meet quality standards and specifications. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical skills and experience working with various hand and power tools.
Duties
- Assemble mechanical and electronic components according to blueprints and technical drawings.
- Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify component dimensions.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, fabrication machinery to complete assembly tasks.
- Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments to ensure assemblies meet specified tolerances.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area within the warehouse or manufacturing floor.
Requirements
- Proven experience in manufacturing assembly, fabrication, or related technical roles.
- Reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings a plus but will train right candidate.
- Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools.
- Automotive mechanic background acceptable.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance.
