NOW HIRING – EXPERIENCED BODYMAN & PAINTER
Robert’s RV Solutions in Yuma, Arizona, is looking for an experienced Auto Body Technician and Painter.
Starting pay: $20–$29per hour, depending on experience and demonstrated ability.
We are looking for someone who can perform high-quality work and take a project through the complete repair and refinishing process.
Responsibilities:
* Auto body and collision repair
* Fiberglass repair
* Sanding, bodywork and surface preparation
* Primer, paint and clear coat application
* Color matching and blending
* Decal removal and painted graphics
* Buffing, polishing and final detailing
* Full-body RV paint projects
* Inspecting completed work for quality
Requirements:
* Previous bodywork and automotive painting experience
* Experience with fiberglass is strongly preferred
* Must know how to properly prepare, paint and clear-coat surfaces
* Must be dependable and detail-oriented
* Must work well with a team and follow management instructions
* Must maintain a clean and organized work area
* RV experience is preferred but not required
* Reliable transportation required
The employee will work under supervision during an initial 90-day evaluation period, with a performance review after 30 days and a final pay evaluation at 90 days.
