Warehouse & Distribution Operations Manager
Location: Goodlettsville, TN
Salary: $90,000–$125,000 annually, based on experience, plus performance and transition bonuses.

Price Point Furniture is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our warehouse, inventory, and delivery operations during an exciting business transition.
This position begins by managing the orderly liquidation of existing inventory while maintaining exceptional customer service, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency. As we relaunch under a new retail concept, this position is expected to transition into a long-term leadership role for the right individual.
This is not a typical warehouse manager position. We are looking for someone who enjoys leading through change, improving operations, building systems, and developing high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead all daily warehouse and distribution center operations.
- Manage receiving, inventory control, staging, order fulfillment, and inventory accuracy.
- Oversee furniture delivery scheduling, logistics, and fleet coordination.
- Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse and delivery personnel.
- Improve warehouse organization, workflow, productivity, and safety.
- Reduce inventory loss, damage, and operational errors.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
- Coordinate closely with ownership on operational priorities.
- Help design and implement warehouse systems and processes for our new retail concept.
Qualifications
- Five or more years managing warehouse, distribution center, or logistics operations.
- Demonstrated leadership and team development experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with warehouse inventory management systems.
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Furniture, appliance, mattress, or other big-ticket retail distribution experience.
- Delivery fleet management experience.
- STORIS ERP/POS experience.
- DispatchTrack delivery management experience.
- Lean operations or continuous improvement experience.
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
