WORKING CONDITIONS:
This position requires:
- Regular presence in a shop settings and active construction field environments, including outdoor job sites subject to variable weather and terrain conditions.
- Ability to traverse rough or uneven terrain and access construction work zones in compliance with all applicable safety protocols and personal protective equipment requirements.
- The ability to drive to and from work sites and could include long periods of driving.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Frequent standing, bending, climbing, and working at heights (for equipment inspection)
- Ability to work overtime, weekend work, and on-call availability for emergency repairs
