Customer Representative
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a vital point of contact for our water customers, managing customer accounts, address inquiries, and working with Field Tech's. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, computer experience and knowledge of excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Word. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast pace environment focused on customer satisfaction and success.
Duties
- Manage and nurture customer relationships through effective communication and personalized service
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, ensuring timely and professional responses
- Assist in managing customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction
- Enter payments into billing system
Experience
- Proven experience in customer service or client relations
- Strong background in project management and account management practices
- Familiarity with Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook
- Knowledge of VIP (Visual Intelligence Portfolio) a plus, but not necessary
- Demonstrate ability to managing customer accounts
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly
- Prior experience in financial services a plus but not necessary.
