Marketing Manager, Medical Aesthetics

As Marketing Manager, Medical Aesthetics, you will help shape the strategy and lead the end-to-end development and execution of integrated marketing programs that drive growth across our cosmetic dermatology services and medical-grade skin care portfolio. You will translate consumer insights and data into compelling campaigns, deepen patient engagement across the customer lifecycle, and bring innovative ideas to life that strengthen our brand and drive business results.
Responsibilities:
- Integrated Marketing: Lead the development and execution of 360° marketing campaigns aligned to medical aesthetics growth goals, spanning existing patient service trial and retention, new patient acquisition and product sales revenue. Develop and deploy content across digital, social, email, website, paid media, print, and in-clinic channels, ensuring a consistent brand experience across all consumer touchpoints.

Customer Lifecycle Engagement: Design and optimize patient journeys — from awareness to first treatment, repeat visit and retail product adoption — using personalized messaging, loyalty initiatives, promotions and retention strategies to drive engagement and lifetime value.

Campaign Execution & Project Management: Lead integrated, full-funnel campaigns from creative brief through launch and optimization. Manage project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, clinic operations, providers, stakeholders and vendor relationships and ensure high quality execution delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.

Skin Care Product Sales Growth: Partner with clinical and retail teams to build marketing programs that increase professional skin care product attachment rates, average transaction value, and patient education at the point of care.

Consumer Insights & Performance Analytics: Leverage data, market research, and consumer behavior analytics to identify audience segments, uncover growth opportunities and inform campaign strategy for cosmetic dermatology services and skin care products. Monitor campaign performance, evaluate results, and present actionable recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in medical aesthetics, beauty, skincare, wellness or other consumer-facing industries with a strong focus on customer acquisition and retention.

Experience developing and executing local and regional marketing programs across multiple locations is preferred.

Demonstrated success driving business growth through integrated marketing programs and campaigns.

Experience leading the development of marketing creative from brief to final execution, including messaging, copy review and creative feedback across multiple channels.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, budgets, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with project management software such as Monday.com, Wrike or similar tools.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate data and strategy into clear, compelling messages for executive, clinical and consumer audiences.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field preferred.

Ability to travel approximately one to two times per month.
This position reports to the Senior Director, Med Aesthetics Marketing and Brand.
For this position, the base pay range is $110,000 - $125,000 per year. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education, certifications, or training.
